It was all systems go as Daniel Strachan, LASCO Plant Manager – Dry Blend (Powders), equipped attendees with the key guidelines before stepping into LASCO’s world of innovation for a tour last Friday, March 21, 2025 at the White Marl, St. Catherine facilities. Among those present and eager to explore were LASCO Ambassadors – the distinguished awardees of the LASCO Chin Foundation recognition programme – including Nurse of the Year Abigail James, 1st runner-up Nursing Student of the Year Aneikia Barrett, Police of the Year Corporal Junior Thompson, 1st runner-up Police of the Year Corporal Moesha Allen, Teacher of the Year Casmina Bryan, TVET Teacher of the Year Tracy-Ann Hall, and Principal of the Year Sheldon Thomas. Also in attendance were General Manager of LASCO Manufacturing Limited Lisa Chin-Watts, Professor Rosalea Hamilton, CEO of the LASCO Chin Foundation, and other esteemed members of the foundation, all ready to witness first-hand LASCO’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
