Donation Delivery and Refund Policy

All donations to LASCO Chin Foundation (LCF) support the Foundation’s mission of helping at-risk youths break the cycle of poverty and crime, among others in need.

Donations received for specifically requested programmes at the time of donation will be distributed to the requested programme. We will honor such requests so long as distribution does not conflict with Term of Use and Privacy Policies.

Third parties to a donation may not change the original designation of a donation. LCF may refuse any donation that does not sufficiently benefit the organization, is in conflict with the LCFs mission, puts the reputation of LCF at risk or is prohibited by law.

Decisions on refunds for donations made using the lascochinfoundation.org website will be at the discretion of LCF’s management. If you have made an error in making your donation to LCF, we may refund your donation within 30 days of your request. Any related charges to the refund will be deducted from such funds and balance remitted.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

If you made a donation to LCF through our fiscal sponsor, the American Friends of Jamaica, using the American Friends of Jamaica Website (theafj.org)  and you are requesting a refund, please contact the AFJ Office, through which the donation was made to learn about applicable refund policies.
